Use StudyFlow Lab and keep a backup.
StudyFlow is a browser-based planner for your own exam dates and study sessions. This page explains the available controls and the limits of where your data is stored.
Add an exam
Open Exams and choose Add exam. Enter the assessment name, subject, and date from an official course source. The optional note can hold a short reminder. StudyFlow uses the date you enter to show a countdown; it does not verify dates against your institution.
Schedule a study session
Open Study planner and add a session with a subject, task, date, start time, duration, and priority. If the session is preparation for an exam already in the app, connect it using the optional exam selector. You can later edit, complete, or delete the session.
Review the week
Week view displays the sessions recorded for the selected week. Use previous and next week controls to move through the schedule. A completed session remains a record in the plan and contributes to the app's own weekly completion summary.
Customize the background
Settings lets you upload a GIF, JPG, PNG, or WebP background and adjust fit, position, overlay, blur, and brightness. The app validates the file type and size. Background assets are stored separately from the planner JSON export, so a planner backup does not include the selected image.
Export or restore your planner
Use Settings to export a JSON backup of your sessions and exams. Keep the file somewhere you control. Importing replaces the current session and exam data after a confirmation step; check that the backup is yours and current before restoring it.
In NichePilot preview, use its Reload preview control to reload the app without leaving the saved site. The browser's own refresh returns to NichePilot. Reopen the same saved site to resume. If NichePilot reports persistent storage is unavailable, the current preview session may be temporary; export a backup before leaving.
